2. Non‑Returnable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, including alcohol and consumables, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to the applicable delivery cut‑off time.

• Refusal to provide valid age‑verification documentation

the order will be returned, and a re‑delivery fee may apply. Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries resulting from customer error.
